One of my favorite times of the day is in the morning after I take a shower.  With a cup of coffee in hand, I sit in my favorite chair (a rocker or recliner) and think about the day ahead.  I visualize a wonderful day.  If something is looming such as a bill without money to pay it, I visualize “sending the money” through the internet or the PO.   I “feel” what it is like to have the money.

Harnessing the power of thought and feeling is powerful!

Adding prayer to the visualization releases this energy into the universe and draws to us what is needed in surprising synchronistic ways.

This is also the time of the day when I pray for others.   I believe we are here to give to others in love and energy.   One of my favorite verses is the Great Commandment—-Matthew 22:37-40

“‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’[a] 38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’[b] 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

I personally believe that we are capable of doing so much more than we realize but we have to connect to God who is the presence of energy that is within us and all around us.

 See you Sunday!

Ellen
