The Sunday Morning Meditation is not a class, but a time of quiet reflection and meditation.  Should you arrive late, you are welcome to come in silently through the back door of the Sanctuary.  Meditation begins promptly at 9:45 and ends at 10:15.  This is a wonderful way to start your Sunday Morning Spiritual Experience.

The Crystal Bowl Healing Meditations, or Singing Bowls, are first and third Sundays each month and are facilitated by Judy Prouty and Pat & Charles Mawson.  The second Sunday we will be treated to Dean Davis’s guided Healing Meditation; his soothing voice has touched so many of us in the years past.  And of course on the 4th Sunday, we continue with Steve Taylor’s creative guided visualization series.

Sacred Healing Circle

10:00 AM Sacred Healing Circle

(It is best to sign up in advance but spots are usually open)–sign ups are on the table in the entryway of Fellowship Hall)

What is a Sacred Healing Circle?

Unity believes each of us was born to be healthy, and that dis-ease occurs when there is a blockage of the body’s life energy.  Sacred Healing uses focused meditation, music and light touch in a dynamic spiral over the body to clear blockages and energize the healing process.

Where does it take place?

The back classroom on the right is designated as the Sacred Healing Meditation space.  Please take a momen to check it out.  We have purchased 2 massage tables, a CD player, fan and supplies to make it comfortable.

When does it take place?

10:00 AM

There is a sign up sheet in the foyer.  If you can’t make one of the set times talk to one of our eight trained facilitators to set you up.  We will have name tags that designate the Sacred Healing Meditation Circle team.

What is the cost?

Sessions are on a love offering of $30 but any gift is gratefully appreciated and no one will be turned away.  All proceeds support Unity Church of New Hope
